Frequently Asked Questions

Not at this time. Currently, we are only working with real estate agents who have registered with DD Hub.

We may choose to limit the total number of reports that can be downloaded per property. Once this limit is reached, we may either modify the price or withdraw the report from sale. We recommend that if you are interested in a report, you act quickly to download your copy so that you don’t miss out.

All prices and download limits are subject to change without notice.

Reports do not expire. However, the information contained in a report may become outdated because planning schemes, codes and government policies change over time. If there has been a large planning scheme update, or a new planning scheme has come into effect since the publication of a report, we recommend that you consult with a town planner or other property professional to check if the information in the report has changed.

You can contact our preferred town planner by visiting www.privatetownplanner.com.au.

Reports are intended for personal use only and sharing of reports is not permitted. We encourage agents and those marketing the property to provide a link to the report and your clients can purchase a copy from our website.

When a property is on the open market, this is the time people are looking for information and answers. In most cases, the information remains applicable after the property is sold. So, if you bought something one year ago, our report is still going to contain useful information.

Yes. Our reports are carefully prepared and checked prior to publication. The information is drawn from government databases, mapping, and planning schemes. Information and advice provided in our reports is based on years of experience in all areas of Brisbane town planning and property development. In some cases, our advice is based on our experience and interpretation of Council requirements and legislation.
