Registration and User Accounts

- Only real estate agents, property professionals or other persons approved by us are eligible for an Agent account. We reserve the right to remove/deny any person access to this feature.
Report Requests by Agents or Others
- Registered agents and others may request reports to be prepared for specific properties. The decision to prepare a report and make it available is solely at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to decline requests without explanation.
Product Information and Availability
- We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.
- Products may occasionally be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change product information at any time.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- All our products are digital goods and, as such, we do not sell or ship any physical products.
Returns
- Refunds are available for a period of 7 days after purchase.
- If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
- Refunds are only offered in limited circumstances. These are:

- The file would not download but your credit card has been charged for the purchase.
- You were unable to complete the download due to another technical issue.
- There is a problem with opening or viewing the file you downloaded e.g. the file will not open or the file only contains partial information.
- We may offer you the opportunity to receive a copy of the report you paid for and this will be emailed to you directly. This offer will be in lieu of any refund.
- We may request evidence of the technical issue you experienced or other reasons for requesting a refund.
Intellectual Property
- All content, including images, logos, text, and software, is owned by Outpost Trading Pty Ltd ACN 110 594 646 and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

- Our site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
Changes to the T&Cs
- We may amend these T&Cs from time to time. The revised version will be effective as soon as it’s posted.
